Messy Church

Instead of our usual worship service in the sanctuary, on the THIRD Sunday of each month (except during the summer), we have "Messy Church" in the narthex (entrance room).  Messy Church is a way for people of all ages to do faith-related activities together. It includes food, art, and community service projects (one month we assembled bags of snacks, bottled water, and other basic necessities to give to houseless people; another month we brought cookies that were delivered to a local school during Teacher Appreciation week).
