Messy Church

Instead of our usual worship service in the sanctuary, on the last Sunday of each month (except during summer) we have "Messy Church" in the entrance room.  Messy Church is a creative way for people of all ages to do fun faith-related activities together. What kind of activities? Things like crafts, games, music, and Bible story discussions. We also do a "work-ship" community service activity (one month we assembled bags of snacks, socks, soap, etc. to keep in our cars to give to houseless people; another month we brought cookies we delivered to a local school during Teacher Appreciation week).
