Our service is informal and kids are welcome to move around during worship, color, and play games. We also have a monthly "Messy Church" worship service on the third Sunday of each month which includes crafts and other kid-friendly activities. The children's sermon is another way we include kids in worship: we invite them to sit on the floor for a 5-10 minute discussion with the pastor that relates the Bible reading to their daily lives. Adults love the creative answers the kids come up with when the pastor asks questions!
We offer three groups for children. Godly play (for K-2nd graders) is a fun way to help children understand Bible stories and develop meaningful relationships with God and each other. It is an interactive experience kids love! We also offer Celebration Seekers for 3rd-5th graders and Confirmation for older youth.
